Mobile Banking Division of Mercantile Bank Ltd.

Mercantile Bank Limited, a reputed and leading private commercial Bank is looking for competent and experienced professionals to meet the growing activities of MYCash for the following positions under Financial Inclusion Policy to run activities of Mobile Banking Division-MYCash:

• Position: Unit Head of Sales and Distribution (PO - FAVP)

Unit Head of Sales and Distribution will be responsible for developing and executing Sales and Distribution nationwide. He/She will lead, manage and develop sales and Distribution team of the Bank while also takes accountability of the development of Distribution channel. He/She will report to Head of Mobile Banking Division.

1. Required Educational Qualification: Masters degree in business administration (major in Marketing) or relevant degree without any 3^rd
2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years professional experience in sales and distribution or in related field.
3. Responsibilities:
   • Responsible for Entire Sales and Distribution team operations & nationwide Roll Out and trade marketing monitoring.
   • Responsible for overall sales target achieve through efficient distribution operation management and regular monitor on targeted point sales/channels
   • Monitoring sales team performance and providing guideline for achieving objectives.
   • Generate and implement innovative revenue generating strategies and sales plan
   • Coordination and communication with Brand and strategy department for strategic development.

• Position: Unit Head of Technology Solutions & Operations (PO - FAVP)

Unit Head of Technology Solutions & Operations will manage and develop the total technological system. He/She will be responsible for manage and develop the existing product and new product integration. He/She will report to Head of Mobile Banking Division.

1. Required Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Telecommunication Engineering or relevant degree without any 3^rd
2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years professional experience in corporate or in related field.
3. Responsibilities:

• Lead effort to plan, process, assess of total business need in terms of the technology.
• Technical Integration with different partners, vendor management and coordination.
• Lead product optimization analysis and effort and execution. Monitors call center system activities.
• Partner with MNOs, Strategic channel partners and Senior Management to identify scope and prioritize new product ideas and product enhancements and lead effort to integrate the new service.
• Documentation in every aspect covering the wide range of service activity and operations.

• Position: Unit Head of Market Strategy & Brand Development (PO - FAVP)

Unit Head of Market Strategy & Brand Development will be responsible for developing business strategy with proper brand visibilities tools. Generation innovative ideas or plans to develop the market. He/She will responsible for products brand visibilities. He/She will report to Head of Mobile Banking Division.

1. Required Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Marketing or related field without any 3^rd
2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years professional experience in brand and strategy or in related field.
3. Responsibilities:

• Devise & implement yearly Business Plan to drive subscriber penetration, revenue growth and brand leadership
• Monitor Geography & Segment specific KPIs for all commercial functions (i.e. Sales and Distribution, Marketing etc.)
• Internal and external communications to customer, stakeholders and Media
• Develop yearly target and dividing target monthly basis.
• Work closely with distribution team in order to provide business insights and guide about new business opportunity.
• Developing and identifying business KPI and develop strategy to execute those plan.
• Position: Unit Head of Corporate and Business Collection (PO - FAVP)

Unit Head of Corporate and Business Collection will be responsible for all kind of corporate business activities. He/She will manage all corporate business partner and hunting new corporate partner. He/She also manages the mobile network operators. He/She will report to Head of Mobile Banking Division.

1. Required Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Marketing or related field without any 3^rd
2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years professional experience in corporate or in related field.
3. Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationship with existing business partners & clients and build up new relationship with potential corporate partner.
• Build strategic alliance with Local Mobile Operators to implement key strategic projects, services and campaigns to achieve company objectives
• Prepare and execute the agreement with new Corporate Houses
• Ensuring Service level
• Monitoring transaction towards accomplishment

Candidates having experience in Telecom or any Mobile Financial Service will be given priority. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary and Allowances :  As per pay package of the grade.

Age :  Not exceeding 40 years as on 31.03.2016
